The AniManga Picture Challenge is an activity that you find a screenshot or a panel in anime or manga for a stated theme under the hashtag #animangafoundit where it came from and a description. At the end of the week, a full summary will be put together in one image.
This challenge is used to be ran by a user from Urusai Social, but they have left and deleted both personal and the account for the AniManga Picture Challenge (APC). This second iteration of this will be community run instead of ran by one user.
How to Volunteer
Direct mention @chikorita157@sakurajima.moe if you want to help out. Your account has to be related to Anime/Manga or Japanese media and be at least three months old. You will receive an invite link to the AniManga Picture Challenge Mattermost team (Mattermost server at https://chat.sakurajima.moe) as we will organize who will do the posting (both start and end of the challenge to the blog, which will get sent out as a toot to the main account at @apc@sakurajima.moe) and what theme to do on there.
Users who volunteer will get editor access to this blog (which is used to sent toots), and the private forum to coordinate this challenge.
Participants
People who want to participate should follow the official account, @apc@sakurajima.moe for the theme of the week for the challenge and the results. Users submit pictures related to the theme to the hashtag #animangafoundit and of course include a description and the title it came from. Valid submittions will be boosted at the end of the week.
To suggest new themes, use the theme challenge submission form. Themes are selected at random.
